Saturdays NYC offers returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that final sale items and grooming products are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
